Fitness Classes


This high-intensity interval training is a cardiovascular exercise strategy that consists of intense anaerobic exercises and short recovery periods. This 50-minute class requires you to "leave it all on the floor" giving your best effort for blissful burnout!

Mat Pilates

This low impact class flows through 50 minutes of dynamic floor exercises using resistance bands and rings. The workout helps build, sculpt, and tone the muscles of your core resulting in more flexibility, increased balance, and a lean physique. Please bring a mat to class.

Senior Fitness

Come join us for an hour of light weight exercise. The various exercises taught will help to increase flexibility, circulation, strength and balance to name a few. Enjoy this workout standing or sitting on a chair. This class is specifically designed for men and women over the age of 55 who would like to exercise.


Let's ride together in this 45-minute high intensity cycling class! This class combines high energy cardio with body sculpting intervals. Be prepared to take your heart rate on a rollercoaster ride of climbs and sprints!

Turbo Kick

An interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to follow combinations. Class ends with a mind/body-like (similar to Tai-Chi) cool down.


Zumba is a Latin inspired dance routine workout that is designed to be a total body workout. It combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility by mixing fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your body. You will leave this class feeling energized and fit!

Ready to cleanse and strengthen your mind and body? Join us for an hour of Hatha yoga which focuses on poses, control of breathing and relaxation in a calm, stress-free environment. This class is designed for both beginners and those with experience. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Yoga for Relaxation

Relax and unwind with some yoga flow as you connect your body, mind and soul with your breath.  This class is a beginning level yoga flow class that also incorporates tension relaxation, breathing techniques and other relaxing poses to leave you feeling truly relaxed.  Please bring your mat, a water bottle and any yoga props you might use, such as a yoga block and strap.
