Let's ride together in this 45-minute high intensity cycling class! This class combines high energy cardio with body sculpting intervals. Be prepared to take your heart rate on a rollercoaster ride of climbs and sprints!


This high-intensity interval training is a cardiovascular exercise strategy that consists of intense anaerobic exercises and short recovery periods. This 50-minute class requires you to "leave it all on the floor" giving your best effort for blissful burnout!

Mat Pilates

This low impact class flows through 50 minutes of dynamic floor exercises using resistance bands and rings. The workout helps build, sculpt, and tone the muscles of your core resulting in more flexibility, increased balance, and a lean physique. Please bring a mat to class.

Turbo Kick

An interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to follow combinations. Class ends with a mind/body-like (similar to Tai-Chi) cool down.


Zumba is a Latin inspired dance routine workout that is designed to be a total body workout. It combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility by mixing fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your body. You will leave this class feeling energized and fit!

Ready to cleanse and strengthen your mind and body? Join us for an hour of Hatha yoga which focuses on poses, control of breathing and relaxation in a calm, stress-free environment. This class is designed for both beginners and those with experience. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Outdoor Yoga

Take some time and connect with the outdoors. Yoga outside not only unites mind, body and spirit, but also allows you to be invigorated by your environment. Experience the vastness of the sky and sound on breeze as it blows through the trees. Experience the challenge of the unsteadiness of the earth below your mat. Outdoor yoga adds a whole new element into your practice that allows for true growth and expansion. Class meets in a wonderful tree area and has a pavilion nearby just in case the weather goes south. Make sure you arm yourself with sunscreen, a bug repellent and bring your mat, a water bottle and any props you have to class.
