Zumba is a Latin inspired dance routine workout that is designed to be a total body workout. It combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility by mixing fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your body. You will leave this class feeling energized and fit!

Senior Fitness

Come join us for an hour of light weight exercise. The various exercises taught will help to increase flexibility, circulation, strength and balance to name a few. Enjoy this workout standing or sitting on a chair. This class is specifically designed for men and women over the age of 55 who would like to exercise. Carol Kaye has been working with older adults for over 30 years.

Ready to cleanse and strengthen your mind and body? Join us for an hour of Hatha yoga which focuses on poses, control of breathing and relaxation in a calm, stress-free environment. This class is designed for both beginners and those with experience. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.

Outdoor Yoga

Come and experience the joy of yoga outdoors! Experience the trees, the breeze and the sounds of nature that will accompany a Hatha yoga style practice. Class is accessible to all levels and will include breathing exercises, sun salutations, poses, stretches and relaxation. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, any props you use, and a bottle of water. Make sure to spray on the sunscreen and bug spray to ensure a pleasant outdoor practice. Please meet at the pavilion in the Southwest corner of the park. Rain location will be St. Stephen’s and determined the day of class if needed.
