Sushi 101
Come out and learn how to make sushi like the pros. Chef Diane will walk you through different ways to make sushi. All ingredients are included. Please bring a container to class.

Pitch, Hit & Run
Are you the next Jennie Finch? Tim Anderson? Javier Baez? Major League Baseball Pitch Hit & Run (PHR) is a FREE, one-day event for boys and girls ages 7-14. PHR is the official skills competition of Major League Baseball! Participants compete in either the Baseball Division or Softball Division and have the opportunity to advance through levels of competition leading up to the Finals where they will compete against participants from all over the country.

Cook2gether
Come out for a night of fun and romance. Couples will walk through how to make chicken gumbo and corn bread. Once the class is over the chef will instructed you with the proper instruction on how to cook your dinner at home. Please bring an apron and container to class.

Centerpiece Making
Learn how to make a summer centerpiece for your friends and family to enjoy at lunch, dinner, or even on a picnic. An instructor will walk you through how to create the perfect centerpiece. Please bring garden shears to class.

Lunch Club
Come out and enjoy lunch while meeting new friends and having fun with old ones. The Midlothian Park District holds monthly lunches at the new Athletic & Recreation Center. We will start the day with music and puzzles as we get ready for a delicious lunch provided by a local restaurant. Finish the day with BINGO and conversation. Bring a friend or two and enjoy the afternoon with the park district staff! Doors open at 10:00 a.m.
